Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickClip — Reusable Clip & Template Workspace (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform or purchase provider from which you obtained it.
Free Features
After the standard seven-day trial, the complete functional feature set remains available in Free, including:
- Eight Clip types: Manage plain text, rich templates, links, images, files, and other supported reusable content.
- Clipboard History: Keep a configurable local history and promote selected entries into durable Clips.
- Template variables: Expand dates, UUIDs, clipboard values, fields, choices, checks, calculations, and cursor placement.
- Quick Paste: Search, preview, expand, and insert quickly; when direct insert is unavailable, copy with honest fallback feedback.
- Desktop and mobile productivity: Use abbreviations, quick find, global shortcuts where supported, and a configurable mobile keyboard.
- Multi-location Library: Search and manage Clips across capable local, cloud, remote, offline, conflict, trash, and recovery workflows.
Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed solely because the trial ended.
QuickClip Pro Subscription
QuickClip Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:
- Subscription period: 1 year
- Price: $1.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled before the provider's stated renewal deadline
- Payment: your store or purchase-provider account is charged when you confirm the purchase
QuickClip Pro Lifetime
QuickClip Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:
- Price: $6.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
- No recurring charge
Pro Features
- No mobile banner or interstitial advertising where advertising applies
- No daily desktop support reminder
- Support for continued QuickClip development
Pro does not unlock a separate functional feature tier. App capabilities remain subject to platform, hardware, model, provider, permission, file-format, and third-party-service support.
Managing Your Subscription
iOS / macOS
- Open Settings or your App Store account.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select QuickClip Pro.
- Choose the available management or cancellation option.
Android
- Open Google Play.
- Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select QuickClip Pro.
- Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.
Refund Policy
Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. Do not capture, store, insert, or share confidential or copyrighted material without authorization.
Data and Privacy
Clipboard History is local and configurable.
Sensitive previews and location capabilities are shown explicitly.
Remote or cloud locations are accessed only when you add and authorize them.
Insert fallback copies content and tells you what happened instead of claiming direct control.

Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Clipboard capture, global shortcuts, direct insertion, mobile keyboards, and remote locations depend on operating-system and provider capability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
General Terms
These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a mandatory platform or provider term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls to the extent required.
