QuickAgent - Top

QuickAgent turns a natural-language goal into a reviewable, durable Run. Choose an on-device, local, LAN, or cloud AI provider; limit its tools with a Workspace Profile; inspect every sensitive action; and keep verified outputs in Artifacts.

Why QuickAgent?

AI assistance is most useful when the destination, permissions, progress, and result stay visible. QuickAgent keeps those boundaries in the product: providers are never switched silently, tool availability is based on live capability, external data sends receive a preview, and uncertain effects are never shown as success.

Key Features

  • Provider choice: System AI, Ollama, LM Studio, DeskLLM, OpenAI-compatible local/LAN/cloud endpoints, Anthropic, and Gemini with bring-your-own credentials.
  • Workspace Profiles: reusable limits for providers, tools, connections, file roots, Knowledge, and Memory.
  • Durable Runs: plan, pause, resume, stop, retry, approval, and recovery checkpoints that survive app restart.
  • Multi-Agent orchestration: planner, specialist workers, reviewer, security review, bounded budgets, and one reviewed final response.
  • Tools and Connections: files, Office/PDF/data, media, browser and computer use, development commands, SSH, MCP, HTTP, SaaS, smart-home bridges, and notifications where supported.
  • Automations: schedules, monitors, webhooks, app events, and Shortcut/App Intent triggers that create ordinary safety-governed Runs.
  • Skills and Packs: typed inputs, permission previews, import/export, and seven built-in Packs for Office, Coding, Smart Home, Research, Browser Automation, Personal Admin, and Incident Response.
  • Knowledge and Memory: scoped sources and deliberate, separately approved memory writes instead of automatic chat-history harvesting.
  • Artifacts and History: inspect, open, share, export, safely reverse eligible operations, and audit every safety decision and tool action.
  • Voice and attachments: dictate, record voice notes, and add files, folders, images, video frames, audio, QuickNote content, or Knowledge when the platform supports them.

Safety You Can Understand

Every operation is labeled Safe, Approve, Confirm, or Critical. Approval screens show the target, destination, payload summary, and Undo status. Critical operations require strong confirmation. Data leaving the device receives its own exact destination and payload preview.

Local-first does not mean local-only. QuickAgent can use cloud providers and connected services when you configure them. The active destination is shown before a Run, and cloud credentials remain under your control.

Perfect For

  • Research and cited brief creation
  • Office document, PDF, and structured-data workflows
  • Reviewed file, browser, development, and remote-host tasks
  • Recurring monitoring and personal administration
  • Teams that need visible permissions, approvals, and durable evidence

Getting Started

  1. Connect and test an AI provider.
  2. Create or review a Workspace Profile.
  3. Start a New Chat and describe the outcome you want.
  4. Add only the Context, Knowledge, or Memory the Run needs.
  5. Review the plan and any approval or Data Send preview.
  6. Follow the Timeline and open verified results in Artifacts.

Privacy and Security

QuickAgent stores app state locally and uses platform-protected credential storage. File roots, Knowledge, Memory, and connections are scoped through Workspace Profiles. Network requests occur only for providers and services you configure. Device permissions are requested in context and can be changed in system settings.

Free, Trial, and Pro

Every QuickAgent capability is available during the trial and in Free. After the seven-day trial, Free may show mobile ads or a daily desktop reminder. QuickAgent Pro removes those ads and reminders; it does not create a separate feature tier. Choose a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
