Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickStudio — Multitrack Video Studio (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform or purchase provider from which you obtained it.
Free Features
After the standard seven-day trial, the complete functional feature set remains available in Free, including:
- Multitrack timeline: Magnetic V1 editing with overlays, audio, subtitles, chapters, markers, transitions, and multiple sequences.
- Precision editing: Trim, split, slip, slide, speed ramp, reverse, keyframes, curves, effects, LUTs, titles, and adjustment clips.
- Audio and voice: Mix, meter, denoise, EQ, voice priority, loudness review, and record non-destructive voiceover takes.
- Subtitles and chapters: Edit canonical cues, import or propose transcripts, create chapters, and export sidecars.
- Review-only assistance: Whisper, Silence Cut, BGM Assist, Chapters, Shorts Plans, and Publish Copy remain proposals until Apply.
- Verified delivery: Export validated media, thumbnails, interchange reports, archives, and atomic publish packages.
Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed solely because the trial ended.
QuickStudio Pro Subscription
QuickStudio Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:
- Subscription period: 1 year
- Price: $2.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled before the provider's stated renewal deadline
- Payment: your store or purchase-provider account is charged when you confirm the purchase
QuickStudio Pro Lifetime
QuickStudio Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:
- Price: $12.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
- No recurring charge
Pro Features
- No mobile banner or interstitial advertising where advertising applies
- No daily desktop support reminder
- Support for continued QuickStudio development
Pro does not unlock a separate functional feature tier. App capabilities remain subject to platform, hardware, model, provider, permission, file-format, and third-party-service support.
Managing Your Subscription
iOS / macOS
- Open Settings or your App Store account.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select QuickStudio Pro.
- Choose the available management or cancellation option.
Android
- Open Google Play.
- Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select QuickStudio Pro.
- Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.
Refund Policy
Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. Use only media, fonts, music, models, and third-party services you are licensed or authorized to use.
Data and Privacy
Original media is never modified.
Whisper transcription stays on-device.
Optional text cleanup sends only the exact cue IDs and text shown in Data Send Preview.
Authenticated MCP exposes a sanitized snapshot and review-only proposal actions, not direct edit or export tools.

Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Codec, hardware, platform, and interchange support varies. Validate the final media and sidecars on the intended playback and publishing systems.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
General Terms
These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a mandatory platform or provider term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls to the extent required.
