QuickAgent - Terms

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickAgent (“the App”), an AI agent workspace that can use local, network, and cloud providers and connected tools. By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform from which you obtained it.

Free Features

Every QuickAgent capability is available in Free, including:

  • Chats, durable Runs, approvals, Data Send review, and audit History
  • On-device, local, LAN, and configured cloud AI providers
  • Workspace Profiles, tools, Connections, Knowledge, and scoped AI Memory
  • Multi-Agent orchestration, Automations, Skills, and seven built-in Skill Packs
  • Artifacts, versioned outputs, eligible Undo, attachments, voice, and supported computer-use features

The first seven days are an ad-free trial. After the trial, Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed.

QuickAgent Pro Subscription

QuickAgent Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:

  • Subscription period: 1 year
  • Price: $2.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store)
  • Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Payment: your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged when you confirm the purchase
  • Renewal: the store may charge your account within 24 hours before the current period ends

QuickAgent Pro Lifetime

QuickAgent Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:

  • Price: $9.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store)
  • One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
  • No recurring charge

Pro Features

QuickAgent Pro provides:

  • No mobile banner or interstitial advertising
  • No daily desktop support reminder
  • Support for continued QuickAgent development

Pro does not unlock a separate tool, provider, automation, Skill, Knowledge, Memory, or agent feature tier. Those capabilities remain available in Free, subject to platform support and any third-party service requirements.

Managing Your Subscription

iOS / macOS

  1. Open the Settings app or App Store account settings.
  2. Select your Apple Account and then Subscriptions.
  3. Select QuickAgent Pro.
  4. Choose the available management or cancellation option.

Android

  1. Open Google Play.
  2. Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select QuickAgent Pro.
  4. Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.

Refund Policy

Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for every provider, connection, tool, Automation, and external action you configure or approve. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized access
  • Use tools, computer control, remote hosts, smart-home actions, or Automations without the required authorization
  • Send content to an AI provider or connected service when you do not have the right to do so
  • Disable, evade, or misrepresent safety, approval, audit, licensing, or store mechanisms
  • Use the App to distribute malware, destructive instructions, or infringing material

Third-Party Providers and Services

AI providers, MCP servers, websites, SaaS services, remote hosts, smart-home bridges, and app stores are operated by third parties. Their availability, pricing, data handling, output, and terms are separate from QuickAgent. You are responsible for provider credentials, service charges, and compliance with their terms.

Data and Privacy

QuickAgent stores app state locally and uses platform-protected storage for supported credentials. When you configure a cloud or network provider, approve a Data Send, or use a connected service, selected content may be transmitted to that destination. Review the destination and payload preview before approval. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

AI Output and Automated Actions

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review plans, generated content, citations, files, and proposed actions. Approval and Critical confirmation reduce accidental execution but do not replace your judgment. A successful tool response does not guarantee a desired real-world result outside the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for provider outages, third-party service changes, lost credentials, inaccurate AI output, unauthorized configurations, or losses resulting from actions you approve.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.

General Terms

These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a store-specific term conflicts with these terms, the mandatory store term controls to the extent required.
