Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickHumming — Melody Capture & MIDI Review (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform or purchase provider from which you obtained it.
Free Features
After the standard seven-day trial, the complete functional feature set remains available in Free, including:
- Three capture modes: Record Humming or enter notes with Keys and Pads.
- On-device pitch analysis: Convert a monophonic voice or whistle into detected note candidates without uploading audio.
- Honest review: Compare Original and detected timing, inspect confidence, edit notes, and approve only what sounds right.
- Non-destructive correction: Trim, timing, pitch, sound, and volume remain project settings instead of replacing the recording.
- Takes and recovery: New recordings become new takes and interrupted work remains available for review.
- Share and continue: Export audio or MIDI, archive the draft, or open a copy in QuickTrack.
Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed solely because the trial ended.
QuickHumming Pro Subscription
QuickHumming Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:
- Subscription period: 1 year
- Price: $0.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled before the provider's stated renewal deadline
- Payment: your store or purchase-provider account is charged when you confirm the purchase
QuickHumming Pro Lifetime
QuickHumming Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:
- Price: $5.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
- No recurring charge
Pro Features
- No mobile banner or interstitial advertising where advertising applies
- No daily desktop support reminder
- Support for continued QuickHumming development
Pro does not unlock a separate functional feature tier. App capabilities remain subject to platform, hardware, model, provider, permission, file-format, and third-party-service support.
Managing Your Subscription
iOS / macOS
- Open Settings or your App Store account.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select QuickHumming Pro.
- Choose the available management or cancellation option.
Android
- Open Google Play.
- Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select QuickHumming Pro.
- Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.
Refund Policy
Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. Record and export only performances, compositions, and source audio you are authorized to use.
Data and Privacy
Original Audio is saved first as WAV and is never replaced by analysis.
Pitch analysis runs on-device without uploading music.
Corrections are non-destructive project settings.
Recovery preserves interrupted or partially finalized takes for review.

Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Detected pitch, timing, key, tempo, and MIDI are suggestions. Review them by ear before using them in production.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
General Terms
These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a mandatory platform or provider term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls to the extent required.
