Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickTask — Multi-View Task Manager (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform or purchase provider from which you obtained it.
Free Features
After the standard seven-day trial, the complete functional feature set remains available in Free, including:
- Eight synchronized views: List, Board, Timeline, Tree, Calendar, Matrix, Table, and Mind Map edit the same tasks.
- Markdown ownership: Tasks remain portable files with stable identity and user-controlled storage.
- Projects and folders: Organize work hierarchically across capable local, cloud, and remote locations.
- Quick Add and command palette: Capture structured tasks quickly and reach common operations from the keyboard.
- Time and focus: Start task timers, Pomodoro-style focus, work logs, and task-level history.
- Review and reports: Triage Inbox, bulk edit, archive, trash, reports, exports, privacy shield, and reviewed AI assistance.
Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed solely because the trial ended.
QuickTask Pro Subscription
QuickTask Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:
- Subscription period: 1 year
- Price: $1.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled before the provider's stated renewal deadline
- Payment: your store or purchase-provider account is charged when you confirm the purchase
QuickTask Pro Lifetime
QuickTask Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:
- Price: $6.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
- No recurring charge
Pro Features
- No mobile banner or interstitial advertising where advertising applies
- No daily desktop support reminder
- Support for continued QuickTask development
Pro does not unlock a separate functional feature tier. App capabilities remain subject to platform, hardware, model, provider, permission, file-format, and third-party-service support.
Managing Your Subscription
iOS / macOS
- Open Settings or your App Store account.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select QuickTask Pro.
- Choose the available management or cancellation option.
Android
- Open Google Play.
- Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select QuickTask Pro.
- Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.
Refund Policy
Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. Do not use tasks, automations, reminders, or shared exports to harass others or disclose information without authorization.
Data and Privacy
Task files remain in locations you control.
Privacy Shield masks sensitive previews without changing the underlying task data.
AI Assist uses reviewable proposals and a visible data-send boundary.
App Lock and storage capability checks protect access without claiming unavailable security.

Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Notifications, background triggers, remote providers, and operating-system integrations depend on platform capability and may require foreground recovery.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
General Terms
These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a mandatory platform or provider term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls to the extent required.
