These Terms of Use govern your use of FortuneCalendar — Daily Fortune Digest (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the store or distribution channel from which you obtained it.
Free Features
The complete functional feature set remains available on the Free plan, including:
- The deterministic 15-system daily fortune digest
- Overall and category readings, guidance, lucky elements, and contribution evidence
- Month and year fortune calendars and offline almanac layers
- Multiple optional profiles and fixed reading history
- Local notifications and supported home-screen widgets
- Validated JSON backup and restore
FortuneCalendar Pro Subscription
FortuneCalendar Pro is an auto-renewable annual subscription:
- Subscription period: 1 year
- Price: $1.99 USD per year (or the local price shown by your store)
- Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment: Your store account is charged when the purchase is confirmed
FortuneCalendar Pro Lifetime
You may alternatively purchase Pro as a one-time lifetime purchase:
- Price: $6.99 USD (or the local price shown by your store)
- One payment for permanent Pro status for the purchased platform account, subject to store availability
- No recurring charge
Pro Features
Pro changes presentation and supports continued development; it never changes a fortune result or unlocks a hidden fortune. Pro benefits are:
- Removal of mobile advertising
- Removal of periodic desktop upgrade reminders
- Direct support for continued fortune and almanac maintenance
Managing Your Subscription
iOS / macOS
- Open the Settings app or App Store account settings.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select FortuneCalendar Pro and choose the available management or cancellation option.
Android
- Open Google Play and tap your profile icon.
- Choose Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select FortuneCalendar Pro and choose Cancel subscription if desired.
Windows
If a subscription is offered through Microsoft Store, manage it from the Services & subscriptions page of the Microsoft account used for purchase.
Refund Policy
Purchases are processed by the applicable platform store. Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by that store, and we cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful activity, to interfere with its operation or platform services, to bypass purchase controls, or to present entertainment readings as verified professional advice.
Data and Privacy
FortuneCalendar computes readings on the device. Profile details, identity seeds, settings, and history are stored locally unless you explicitly export a backup. The App does not require a fortune account, analytics service, cloud fortune server, or location permission. Platform purchase and advertising services may process data under their own policies. The App is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, or uninterrupted operation. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only. They are not medical, financial, legal, safety, psychological, or relationship advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and for keeping any exported backup safe.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
