Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickRemote — Remote Desktop (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Remote-Access Responsibility
You may use QuickRemote only with computers, accounts, and networks that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for configuring the remote VNC or RDP service, firewall, account permissions, and network path.
Platform Availability
Protocol support differs by platform and release. The current product guide is the source for whether a protocol runs inside QuickRemote or opens another application. Features provided by an external VNC or RDP server or client are governed by that software and are not guaranteed by QuickRemote.
Free Use
After the introductory trial, Free mode provides eligible core features subject to the current in-app limits. Mobile builds may display advertising. Desktop builds do not display advertising but may show upgrade reminders.
QuickRemote Pro Annual Subscription
- Subscription period: one year
- Reference price: $0.99 USD per year, or the price shown by your store in your country or region
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment: the store account used for the purchase is charged when the purchase is confirmed
QuickRemote Pro Lifetime
- Reference price: $5.99 USD, or the price shown by your store in your country or region
- One-time payment for permanent access to eligible Pro features for the purchased platform and store account
- No recurring charge
Pro Benefits
QuickRemote Pro removes mobile ads and desktop upgrade reminders and unlocks eligible premium features identified in the App. Exact eligibility may differ by platform because protocol integrations and store capabilities differ.
Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
Apple App Store
- Open the Settings app.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select QuickRemote Pro.
- Choose the available cancellation option.
Google Play
- Open Google Play.
- Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select QuickRemote Pro.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by the applicable store. Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by that store. We cannot issue a store refund directly.
- Apple purchases: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play purchases: visit Google Play refund support.
- Microsoft Store purchases: use the purchase and refund options associated with your Microsoft account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- access a computer, account, or network without authorization;
- use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity;
- attempt to bypass a remote server's authentication or access policy;
- reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- share a subscription or purchase contrary to the applicable store rules.
Data and Privacy
QuickRemote processes connection profiles, remote display data, and input needed for the sessions you start. Saved credentials use operating-system secure storage. Remote data is exchanged with the endpoint or tunnel you configure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Service Availability
Connection quality depends on the remote server, host operating system, network, firewall, authentication settings, and third-party software. We do not guarantee that every server, encoding, external RDP client, or network configuration will interoperate.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for loss of data, unauthorized access caused by your configuration, or damages resulting from use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated revision date.
