Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickEngineering — AI Workflow Orchestrator (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform or purchase provider from which you obtained it.
Free Features
After the standard seven-day trial, the complete functional feature set remains available in Free, including:
- Flow Editor: Connect tasks, inputs, results, mappings, contracts, conditions, budgets, and gates.
- Prompt Workspace: Manage reusable prompts, variables, variants, matrices, evaluation, and versioned prompt assets.
- Agent routing: Use System AI, local models, MCP agents, configured cloud providers, or human steps.
- Durable Runs: Track queued, active, paused, waiting, failed, reviewed, and completed work with retry boundaries.
- Agent Queue and MCP: Let scoped external agents claim work, receive context, and return progress and results.
- Artifacts and review: Keep typed outputs, lineage, versions, comments, diffs, rollback, export, publish, and audit history.
Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed solely because the trial ended.
QuickEngineering Pro Subscription
QuickEngineering Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:
- Subscription period: 1 year
- Price: $3.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled before the provider's stated renewal deadline
- Payment: your store or purchase-provider account is charged when you confirm the purchase
QuickEngineering Pro Lifetime
QuickEngineering Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:
- Price: $15.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
- No recurring charge
Pro Features
- No mobile banner or interstitial advertising where advertising applies
- No daily desktop support reminder
- Support for continued QuickEngineering development
Pro does not unlock a separate functional feature tier. App capabilities remain subject to platform, hardware, model, provider, permission, file-format, and third-party-service support.
Managing Your Subscription
iOS / macOS
- Open Settings or your App Store account.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select QuickEngineering Pro.
- Choose the available management or cancellation option.
Android
- Open Google Play.
- Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select QuickEngineering Pro.
- Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.
Refund Policy
Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. Use only authorized providers, workspaces, hosts, accounts, and tools; do not bypass approval, audit, or safety controls.
Data and Privacy
Secrets remain references rather than expanded project text.
Data Send Preview shows the destination and selected payload before external transmission.
Agent and MCP access is scoped, capability-tested, and routed through review boundaries.
Audit History records decisions and results without intentionally exposing raw credentials.

Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI and agent output may be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing workflows, artifacts, commands, and external effects.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
General Terms
These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a mandatory platform or provider term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls to the extent required.
