Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickSheet — Data-Safe CSV & XLSX Editor (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform or purchase provider from which you obtained it.
Free Features
After the standard seven-day trial, the complete functional feature set remains available in Free, including:
- CSV-safe editing: Preserve leading zeros, long identifiers, date-like strings, encoding, delimiter, newline, BOM, and quote style.
- Large-file workflow: Stream rows into temporary local storage so search, filter, sort, and scrolling remain practical.
- Import Preview: Confirm encoding, delimiter, quote, header, skipped rows, and reused profiles before opening.
- Value-focused XLSX: Open multiple sheets as values and formula text with clear compatibility limits.
- Data tools: Find, replace, filter, sort, column operations, problems, copy, and formula assistance.
- VFS Library: Browse supported local, cloud, NAS, and remote locations through the shared file layer.
Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed solely because the trial ended.
QuickSheet Pro Subscription
QuickSheet Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:
- Subscription period: 1 year
- Price: $0.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled before the provider's stated renewal deadline
- Payment: your store or purchase-provider account is charged when you confirm the purchase
QuickSheet Pro Lifetime
QuickSheet Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:
- Price: $4.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
- One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
- No recurring charge
Pro Features
- No mobile banner or interstitial advertising where advertising applies
- No daily desktop support reminder
- Support for continued QuickSheet development
Pro does not unlock a separate functional feature tier. App capabilities remain subject to platform, hardware, model, provider, permission, file-format, and third-party-service support.
Managing Your Subscription
iOS / macOS
- Open Settings or your App Store account.
- Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
- Select QuickSheet Pro.
- Choose the available management or cancellation option.
Android
- Open Google Play.
- Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select QuickSheet Pro.
- Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.
Refund Policy
Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. Keep independent backups before bulk replacement or format conversion, especially when the source feeds another system.
Data and Privacy
File contents are processed on-device.
QuickSheet does not provide hosted sync or shared editing.
Cloud and NAS locations are accessed directly with credentials you configure.
Tags, favorites, import profiles, and read-only state are stored outside source files.

Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for validating encoding, delimiter, formulas, exported values, and downstream compatibility.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.
General Terms
These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a mandatory platform or provider term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls to the extent required.
